Grand Hotel Excelsior, Chianciano Terme

The dining experience at this hotel was truly really good. I had the chance to enjoy the a la carte menu, and the dishes were not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. I was particularly impressed when I requested seasonal dishes, and they accommodated me with fresh porcini mushrooms within minutes. Every meal was a good experience.

The personalized snack bags prepared for our group during our stay were a fantastic touch. It made guests feel incredibly valued and cared for, showing a level of service that truly exceeded expectations. It felt like the hotel genuinely wanted to enhance our experience with small but meaningful gestures.

The rooftop swimming pool was absolutely stunning. It offered a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable lounge chairs and an very nice view that made each swim a relaxing retreat. I spent hours unwinding there, and the serene ambiance made my stay lovely.

My room was a perfect blend of traditional elegance and modern comfort. The high French doors opened to a charming balcony, allowing for natural light and offering a lovely view that made mornings feel special. It had ample storage space and a beautifully designed bathroom that added a touch of luxury to my stay.
